Waiter/Waitress Job Description – Dusit

Qualifications:

• Prior hotel experience desired, preferably from a 4*/5* hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
