Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within assigned areas
• Assist guests professionally and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
• Handle equipment, tools, or service items with care and responsibility
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on duty
• Support supervisors in achieving departmental targets and service quality

Job Requirements

• Relevant training or experience in hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Technical skills required for HVAC/maintenance role
• Prior hotel experience is an added advantage
