This is a full-time on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress at Fred’s Ranch & Resort in Isinya. The Waiter/ Waitress will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking their orders, billing and providing them with friendly and efficient service that meets the resort’s standards.
Experience requirements
2- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Qualifications
- Familiarity with general cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Knowledge about wine and beverage pairings
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for interacting with people
- Ability to perform duties under pressure with a friendly and patient attitude
- Strong time management skills, with a prompt and organized approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
