About the Role

You will maintain active CRM records, coordinate with internal teams on fulfillment, and track progress against targets on a daily and weekly basis. Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound telephone campaigns to reach contractors, hardware shops, developers, and distribution partners.

- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, spotting opportunities to sell additional products or services.

- Work with logistics and production departments to confirm orders are fulfilled on time and to specification.
- Record all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system and produce daily or weekly sales reports.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and market conditions to stay informed and competitive.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in telesales, telephone sales, or field sales roles.
- Prior experience in building materials, construction, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction industry and customer base is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and ability to close sales over the telephone.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications and experience using CRM software platforms.
