Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or call center environment
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking ability
• Proven track record in customer service delivery and client relationship management
• Sales mindset with confidence in negotiating and closing transactions over the telephone
• Ability to listen carefully, understand client concerns, and identify practical solutions
• Capacity to remain motivated and professional when facing client rejections or objections
• Competence in managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and sustaining output under pressure
• Foundational knowledge of banking products, loan structures, and financial services terminology
• Working proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business software applications
