Telesales Agent Job Description

Purpose of the Position

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Agent to generate revenue by qualifying leads, guiding potential customers through the sales process, and ensuring high conversion rates. The ideal candidate will excel at cold calling, lead nurturing, and closing deals, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

♦ Lead Generation & Qualification – Make outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads.

♦ Sales & Customer Engagement – Guide leads through the sign-up process and build trust.

♦ Performance & Target Achievement – Meet daily and monthly lead conversion targets.

♦ Process Adherence & Compliance – Follow scripts, update CRM records, and ensure compliance.

♦ Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Participate in training and work with closers to maximize sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

· 1+ years of telesales or outbound calling experience in a (preferably in the US market).

· Proven ability to convert leads into sales and work in a target-driven environment.

· Fluent English speaker with a neutral or US-accented tone at least B2

· Persuasive communication and active listening skills.

· Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and call management tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

· Ability to work US time zones and meet the required calling hours.
