Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally over the telephone
• Ability to listen actively to customer needs and respond appropriately
• Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets under pressure
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer database or CRM software
• Reliability and punctuality; willingness to work set shift schedules
• Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection or difficult customer interactions
