Job Description:
As the Talent Acquisition Associate, you play a crucial role in sourcing and recruiting candidates who embody our value-based culture and growth mindset at CloudFactory. Your responsibilities include researching and networking to develop and implement sourcing strategies for identifying talent profiles. You’ll build a diverse talent network to engage Delivery, Operational, and Technical talent at various experience levels to support business growth opportunities. Your full life-cycle recruiting services cover sourcing for international and domestic campaigns, managing requisitions, candidate documentation, screening/interviewing, and negotiating with global candidates.
Focused Responsibilities:
- Execute the current hiring plan by identifying top talent across multiple departments and levels.
- Strategically source a diverse candidate pool in the competitive tech market, partnering with Hiring Managers.
- Manage CloudFactory’s Applicant Tracking System, including interview planning, scheduling, feedback, and offer process initiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by driving candidates through the recruitment process promptly.
- Promote CloudFactory’s value proposition to attract candidates and contribute to building the employer brand locally through content and event participation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of full-cycle corporate (in-house) recruiting experience, including sourcing through offer.
- Background in both agency and in-house recruiting is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and passion for finding the best candidates for CloudFactory.
- Intuition in assessing candidate progress through the interview stages.
- Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS and expert level LinkedIn Recruiter use.
- Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to influence without authority.
