Sun King Store Executive – Mombasa at Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet)

Expected Responsibilities:

Stock Management:

1. Handle stock reception, storage, and issuance in the shops using systems like POS, Angaza, and other recommended tools. Act as the central point of contact for all inventory assigned to the area headquarters.

Customer Service:

2. Respond to and provide appropriate assistance to all types of customers, including existing, walk-in, and potential customers, ensuring they receive top-notch support.

Reporting:

3. Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc reports on various aspects, including:
   • Weekly stock holding.
   • Store management issues such as system failures, alarm performance, repairs, and security concerns.
   • Customer service metrics, including complaints, warranty claims, and initial screening reports.
   • Availability of products in the field.

Asset Management:

4. Safeguard company assets to prevent losses and damage, ensuring risk mitigation in shop operations.

Store Management:

5. Maintain the shop’s presentable appearance, including valid trading licenses, cleanliness, floor arrangement, product handling, and OSHA audit certificates.

Regulatory Compliance:

6. Keep track of and inform the headquarters about any regulatory changes that impact store operations.

Sales Operations Assistance:

7. Provide maximum support to the sales team in stock management, sales generation, and fostering strong relationships with energy officers and team leaders in the area headquarters.

Budgeting and Cost Tracking:

8. Monitor and report all shop expenses as directed.

Other Assigned Tasks:

9. Be prepared to handle any other tasks assigned to you as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hold a Degree/Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Possess at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing and stock management capacity.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Exhibit strong computer skills, with mandatory proficiency in MS Excel.
• Have experience with technology, including smartphone and web-based applications.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Show sound judgment, along with excellent communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
