Student Marketer at Red Bull

The Student Marketeer program aims to achieve several objectives: reaching new consumers, exciting university students, increasing sales and effectively managing the Red Bull brand presence on their campus. This involves direct interaction with consumers and customers, offering product trials, and active participation in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences. Student marketers prioritize flexibility over a traditional 9-to-5 job and thrive in creative work environments.

BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR

As a Brand and product Ambassador, you’ll embody the brand’s personality traits and uphold company values. Your role involves representing the brand in a premium manner during everyday interactions with consumers and customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Expanding the user base by facilitating positive product trials and increasing Red Bull awareness through product sampling.
• Competently addressing consumer inquiries and concerns.
• Developing and executing a customized and innovative campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at the university.
• Building a strong network and establishing relationships with influential local individuals.
• Actively enhancing brand engagement on your social media platforms through authentic content creation.
• Contributing to unforgettable brand experiences for consumers by participating in Red Bull and supporting events.

SALES EXPERT

As a Sales Expert, your role centers on building relationships with local sales account managers. You’ll ensure that Red Bull is not only available but prominently displayed in various outlets. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with sales teams to expand Red Bull’s distribution points within your university campus and surrounding areas.
• Leveraging relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts.
• Ensuring flawless execution of defined store standards.

EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE

To excel in this role, you must consistently deliver exceptional excellence and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Collaboration with the team is crucial, both through face-to-face interactions and online communication. Other essential responsibilities include:

• Planning and reporting your activities promptly and accurately via the dedicated online platform.
• Contributing to the growth of Red Bull’s media business by providing valuable local insights, trends, and opportunities.

QUALIFICATION

You must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university to qualify for this program.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English.
• Possession of a valid Kenyan driver’s license and comfort with driving.
