Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for finance, capable of leveraging social media to enhance our brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive meaningful interactions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in line with our brand identity and business objectives.
• Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience, including written posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations while maintaining a professional and positive online presence.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
• Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement and brand visibility.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer engagement to expand our reach and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
• Creative thinker with excellent writing skills and the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of financial terminology and investment concepts is a plus.
• A self-starter with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing innovations.
