Role Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will take the helm of the Sales Agents within your designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will encompass sales management, ensuring target achievements, and effectively managing client relationships in the region. We are seeking individuals who are dynamic, self-driven, and possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Training:

  • Identify and recruit talented, goal-oriented sales agents who are capable of effectively selling SunCulture products.
  • Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for sales agents to equip them for successful sales and meeting company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Team Management:

  • Conduct regular daily and weekly check-ins with the teams to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor and oversee lead generation and the sales processes of the sales agents.
  • Coordinate post-sales customer service to strengthen the brand.


  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish clear sales KPIs for the sales agents to surpass.
  • Monitor and drive the achievement of sales targets for SunCulture products.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the local community to ensure full utilization of allocated clusters and promote understanding of SunCulture products and brand.

  • Adept at working under deadline pressure and consistently meeting targets.
  • A passion for irrigation and a deep understanding of the industry and its current trends, adaptable for SunCulture.
  • Independent thinker with proactive decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and experience thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • The ability to handle pressure, meet targets, maintain composure, and gracefully manage rejection.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in time management, both at the personal and team levels.
  • A diploma or degree would be considered an added advantage.
