Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the laptop and laptop parts industry, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and repair centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Understand clients’ shipping needs and offer customized shipping solutions that meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in active sales preferably selling laptops and parts.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the laptop or technology sales sector, with a deep understanding of laptop specifications, configurations, and market trends.
- Familiarity with various laptop brands, models, and their unique selling points to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, capable of building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
- Effective communicator with persuasive negotiation abilities and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
