Role Description
- Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for logistics and client relationship management? Pan African Cargo Solutions is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and promoting our comprehensive range of logistics services, including customs clearing, air freight, sea freight, and project cargo management. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and meet company sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of services, including air freight, sea freight, and transportation solutions.
- Identify market trends and potential business opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on performance and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or cargo industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the logistics and cargo industry, including customs clearing and freight services, is a plus.
