Responsibilities

• Ensure patient registration forms and medical history information are accurately completed and updated.
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting copayments and processing payments.
• Manage patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments or healthcare providers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting room, and front desk.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
• Provide administrative support to clinical and non-clinical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or medical office management preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments and patient records.
