Individual Competencies – Education & soft skills
- Diploma or Certificate in Front Office Operations
- Good knowledge in guest relations.
- Creative and self-driven.
- Team player with good organization skills.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years working experience in the similar position in a reputable 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Age bracket of 22 – 35 years
