Job Description: As a Receptionist at Neosmile Dental, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You will manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with dental software or willingness to learn
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
