Receptionist Job

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university, with at least Second-Class Upper Division.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment (e.g., law firm, audit firm, or in an accounting firm).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools and equipment.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• A presentable, client-oriented individual with a positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
