A dental practice in Westlands is looking for a committed receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.

• Greet patients with a warm smile and welcoming attitude
• Schedule appointments, manage cancellations, and answer phone calls efficiently
• Verify patient information and process paperwork
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as receptionist

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer skills, including scheduling software
• A positive and professional demeanor.
