Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the buying and selling of residential properties, commercial properties, and vacant land.
Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies.
Market properties effectively using a variety of channels, including online listings, signage, and networking events.
Guide clients through the negotiation process and assist with contract preparation and review.
Coordinate property showings and open houses, as well as attend property inspections and appraisals.
Stay informed about local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and other factors that may impact land and property sales.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in land and property sales.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
