Job Objective/Purpose:

To professionally manage reception duties, ensuring timely, compassionate service for all visitors, patients, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients with registration, documentation, and ensuring accuracy of information.

Process admissions and discharge procedures efficiently.

Communicate with insurance companies for pre-authorization and coverage verification.

Follow procedures for vetting and treating different client categories.

Direct incoming calls to respective departments.

Ensure client satisfaction, feedback, and follow-up.

Adhere to corporate governance policies, preventing and reporting fraud.

Maintain knowledge and compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.

Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Person Specification:

Diploma in Front Office/Business Administration/Health Records or equivalent.

2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital.

Customer-focused, results-oriented.

Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

Highly responsive, ethical, and responsible.
