ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are urgently recruiting for an office admin assistant, to assist the Director of Operations and Nairobi Handyman Services Workshop in day-to-day running.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ related field.
  • Excellent Knowledge in MS Office
  • Outstanding Communication skills
  • Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in students’ registration
  • Create time tables and training schedules
  • Deal with queries on phone and email
  • Prepare, organize, and store information manually and digitally
  • Organize staff meetings and take minutes
