Primary Responsibilities

  1. Ensure thorough implementation of the Odoo System.
  2. Analyze staff requirements and offer effective solutions.
  3. Provide support, coaching, and training to team members.
  4. Organize and oversee Odoo implementation progress.
  5. Develop informative content.
  6. Collaborate with Odoo host.
  7. Configure customized modules, work with databases and design user interfaces.
  8. Take charge of troubleshooting any issues.
  9. Possess a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles, web technologies, and frameworks.

Key Qualifications

  1. Possess a degree in a field related to Business.
  2. Hold 3-5 years of experience using HR and Accounts assessment tools.
  3. Mandatory strong familiarity with the Odoo System.
  4. Exhibit both strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficient in working with diverse databases and experience with other front-end web technologies.
  6. Team player with collaborative abilities.
  7. Stay informed about the latest advancements and technologies, and manage multiple support projects concurrently.
  8. Quick learner with adept multitasking skills.
  9. Show autonomy, assertiveness, and proactivity.
  10. Have an affinity with the IT domain.
