Key Responsibilities

• Short- and long-term forecasting of business activities to inform strategic planning
• Reporting and analysis of and reporting is individual department performance, cost centres, product lines and initiatives
• Ensure all payables and Receivable accounts are reconciled monthly
• Overseeing monthly stocktakes and reconciliation of Key inventory lines throughout the business
• Working with individual departments to help them boost decisions making forecasting and analysis skills
• Timely production of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Management Accounts presentation
• Attending Finance Committee meeting with the Board of Directors and Senior Managers on that committee
• Working with the IT team on reporting, data handling and data collection system to improve flow of information.
• Budget development, presentation and use of financial data and statistics to support commercial decision making
• Regular review of internal accounting procedures and recommending areas of improvement
• Reviewing Financial Risk and advising management on mitigating measures

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• CPA (K) and ACCA Finalist
• Proven experience or aptitude for Data Analysis and Reporting
• Outstanding understanding of data, data quality and data maintenance with a keen attention to details
• Commercial understanding and aptitude and understanding of a production and manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A very dedicated work ethics, respect for tight deadlines and a track record to demonstrate capability of getting the job done
