Summary: As Ilara Health Laboratory Sales Associate, your primary mission is to cultivate relationships with corporate entities and insurance providers to expand the Ilara Health Laboratory’s client base. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Growth Strategy:
    • Formulate and execute strategies to boost business growth through insurance partnerships, strategic alliances, and nurturing both new and existing partnerships.
  2. Relationship Management:
    • Establish and foster relationships with key decision-makers within insurance firms, corporate clients, and strategic collaborators.
  3. Marketing Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Build and oversee a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  5. Sales Process Oversight:
    • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  6. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance partnerships and strategic alliances.
  7. Industry Insight:
    • Monitor industry trends and provide senior management with insights regarding potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

  • B2B Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, particularly with insurance providers.
  • Clinical Laboratory Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical laboratory science is advantageous.
  • Healthcare Landscape Expertise: Excellent understanding of the Kenyan healthcare landscape.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using G-suite, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office applications.
