Job Description
- Assist in recruitment, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 2 years of experience in a Junior HR / HR Executive role
Preferred Certification
- CHRP / IHRM Certification (added advantage)
