About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Invoicing Clerk to join our team. The role holder will report to the Warehouse Coordinator and will process and manage invoices, verify order accuracy, reconcile orders and communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To process all local & export orders received from customers and the sales team.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
- Generate and confirm pick tickets for accuracy before generating invoices.
- Liaise with the production team and sort out inventory issues such as stock outs for assigned categories.
- Verify billing details such as total invoice value and product quantities.
- Proactive and timely resolution of customer complaints and queries regarding orders.
- Provide accurate information to customers about company products.
The Person
- Minimum of a Degree in Procurement and supplies management, Logistics or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role in the FMCG sector is preferred.
- Computer proficiency especially with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP is an added advantage
- Attention to detail.
- Possesses good communication skills.
