About the Role

ACTED is recruiting an HR/Admin Intern-Nairobi to join its Kenya operations on a full-time basis. You will work under the supervision of the HR/Admin Manager and receive day-to-day guidance from the HR/Admin Assistant, supporting core HR functions and office coordination activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes including interview coordination, candidate communication, and new staff onboarding activities

  • Track leave records and maintain staff databases with accurate, current information

  • Distribute HR updates and policy information to field teams as needed to ensure awareness and compliance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or currently in the final year of study in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline
