Job Summary:
Join our customer’s team as a Fullstack Software Engineer and contribute to building robust, scalable web applications powering next-generation user experiences. In this role, you’ll work remotely with a talented team dedicated to high-quality engineering and continuous improvement. Communication is key—we value clear, thoughtful written and verbal interactions for effective remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and data access with PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Write clear technical documentation and participate actively in brainstorming sessions and stand-ups.
- Contribute to application architecture and infrastructure decisions with an eye for scalability and maintainability.
- Proactively identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience building web applications as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development processes and best practices.
- Solid experience with modern software development workflows and version control (e.g., Git).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in distributed/remote setups.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Previous experience working with fast-growing or remote-first teams.
