Receiving customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments, and providing exceptional customer service.


  1. Processing check-ins and explaining key facilities and services within the Club.
  2. Taking bookings by phone, email or walk-ins and recording all details in the system.
  3. Creating Final bills for a group of individuals at check-out and processing payments.
  4. Providing guests with concierge services, for example, wake-up services and taxi bookings.
  5. Dealing with guests’ complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-ins.


  1. Diploma in Reception /Front Office Techniques.
  2. At least a C plain Mean Grade in KCSE and a C minus in English language |Kiswahili |Mathematics.
  3. Fluent in foreign languages preferably French and German.
  4. Experience in Hotel booking and operating systems.


  • 2 years’ experience working in a hotel/Members Club as a receptionist or guest services role will be an added advantage.
