Position Overview:

As an Office Assistant, your primary role will be to ensure the smooth running of the sales team’s back-office activities. This includes tasks like appointment scheduling, researching potential customers, crafting proposals, and following up on leads. You’ll also provide valuable support to our General Manager, allowing them to focus on field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Appointment Booking: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for the sales team to maximize their time.
  2. Research: Conduct research on potential customers to provide valuable insights and enhance our targeted sales efforts.
  3. Proposal Writing: Assist in creating proposals and sales materials to facilitate successful deal closures.
  4. Lead Follow-up: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective follow-up with leads and prospects.
  5. General Manager Support: Aid the GM in various administrative tasks to free up their time for field sales activities.
  6. Time Management: Effectively allocate your time to meet all responsibilities in a timely manner.
