Fraud Operations Agents at Apollo Agriculture

About the Role:

Apollo Agriculture is looking for detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Fraud Operations Agents. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our customer experience by identifying and addressing fraudulent activities involving our customers and other parties. Your primary responsibility will be to reduce financial risks associated with fraudulent farmers. Additionally, you will enforce our company’s Fraud Policy, ensure compliance, and support the loan recovery process.

This role reports to the Fraud Operations Senior Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Investigating potentially fraudulent applications.
• Utilizing CMS and AFIT for investigations while meticulously documenting findings.
• Examining administrative reviews that involve subjective judgments based on company policies and guidelines.
• Addressing performance flags for field agents and resolving related issues.
• Providing incriminating evidence to advocate for the deactivation of agents involved in fraudulent activities.
• Planning and conducting retraining sessions for field agents with minor data quality issues.
• Completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a preference for Criminology or Forensic Investigations.
• Proficiency in compiling detailed reports.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
• Self-motivated and capable of working remotely under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills and a deep familiarity with Windows or Ubuntu operating systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet software.
• Access to a stable internet connection.
• Must possess a Police Clearance Certificate, indicating no previous criminal records.
• Demonstrates high integrity and excellent customer service skills.
