Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the prompt receipt of all premiums deposited into bank accounts and maintain bank reconciliations in adherence to the company’s policies.

Job Description

The detailed responsibilities for this position include:

  1. Efficient Premium Receipts: Ensuring that all premium payments deposited into the bank accounts are promptly receipted.
  2. Bank Credit Investigation: Conducting thorough investigations and closure of all bank credits in a timely manner.
  3. Credit Control Support: Providing timely assistance to the credit control team whenever required, particularly in receipt-related matters.
  4. Bank Reconciliation: Preparing comprehensive bank reconciliations by the 10th working day of the month and ensuring that any unreconciled items are diligently investigated.
  5. Accounts Service Providers: Continuously reconciling accounts with service providers to verify the accuracy of balances.
  6. Process and Control Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of all necessary processes and controls within the department to enhance efficiency and adherence to company standards.


To qualify for this position, candidates are required to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business management or a Bachelor of Commerce.
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, at least up to part II.
