Role Mission Statement:
This role is accountable for achieving revenue and customer growth targets within a specific geographic territory.
- Meet sales goals and target numbers.
- Collect payments from customers using M-PESA.
Key Performance Indicators for Top Performance:
- Maintain an average of over 60 sales per month (rolling 3-month average).
- Follow the prescribed sales process with no deviations, ensuring high customer satisfaction in the assigned field sales territory.
- Maintain a 100% work attendance record in compliance with company policies.
- Provide regular feedback on sales activities, including prospect lists, competitor information, network issues, theft, customer non-compliance, and ad hoc reports.
- Execute sales activities in the designated geographical region, particularly in informal communities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance brand engagement scores in the assigned territory.

- Ownership of forecasting accuracy, clarity, and credible pipeline management.
- Ideally, experience in selling home internet services, especially in low-income and informal communities.

- Collaboration with the Marketing team to improve brand engagement scores.
