Role Mission Statement:

This role is accountable for achieving revenue and customer growth targets within a specific geographic territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Meet sales goals and target numbers.
  2. Collect payments from customers using M-PESA.

Key Performance Indicators for Top Performance:

  1. Maintain an average of over 60 sales per month (rolling 3-month average).
  2. Follow the prescribed sales process with no deviations, ensuring high customer satisfaction in the assigned field sales territory.
  3. Maintain a 100% work attendance record in compliance with company policies.
  4. Provide regular feedback on sales activities, including prospect lists, competitor information, network issues, theft, customer non-compliance, and ad hoc reports.
  5. Execute sales activities in the designated geographical region, particularly in informal communities.
  6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance brand engagement scores in the assigned territory.

Highly important (H):

  1. Driven and competitive to succeed.
  2. Excellent salesmanship skills.
  3. Tactical, scrappy, and relentlessly focused on exceeding targets.
  4. Ownership of forecasting accuracy, clarity, and credible pipeline management.
  5. Ideally, experience in selling home internet services, especially in low-income and informal communities.

Moderately important (M):

  1. Collaboration with the Marketing team to improve brand engagement scores.

Mandatory Hiring Criteria:

Candidates must have a proven track record of owning and delivering on sales targets.
