Job Objective:

The purpose of this role is to drive our company’s mission of becoming Africa’s premier platform for last-mile access to healthcare. This will be achieved by managing complex, large-scale sales accounts, expanding Kasha’s market presence, and enhancing revenue from existing accounts. The role encompasses overseeing all phases of enterprise account management, from initial setup to the implementation of advanced solutions and programs. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer at Kasha.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain a robust local enterprise sales pipeline, identifying and nurturing opportunities for a consistent flow of potential clients.
  2. Lead the implementation of strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in local enterprise sales efforts.
  3. Execute sales initiatives within the local market, adapting sales strategies to respond to changing market conditions.
  4. Manage and cultivate relationships with key enterprise clients, aiming to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships over time.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer/Health Operations team to ensure alignment on key strategic accounts and overall sales strategy.
  6. Serve as the representative of Kasha within critical target customer segments (FMCG, pharma, development agencies, implementors/consulting groups) and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in these segments.
  7. Develop compelling sales collateral, proposals, and pitches to effectively communicate Kasha’s value proposition to potential clients and secure high-value contracts.
  8. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to establish clear sales targets and objectives for new opportunities, providing regular, detailed reports on sales results to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
  9. Work closely with other internal functions such as Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Product to address complex solutions to meet the needs of enterprise account customers.
  10. Lead complex contract negotiations, reviewing and understanding terms to mitigate risks and ensure compliance, and working closely with project and revenue teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or a health-related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as an enterprise sales manager, leading health-related programs in both public and private sectors.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in proposal writing, commercial sales, and managing complex, high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with development agencies or health organizations is preferred.
  • A local network within aid agencies to expedite the sales cycle would be an advantage.
