  • Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
  • Reporting all incoming bookings and reservations on Booking.com & Airbnb platforms.
  • Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations and providing support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
  • Up-selling; when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages such as airport pick-up, additional cleaning services, storage services e.t.c
  • Sending confirmation and check-in details, and following up on payments with guests.
  • Checking the availability of accommodation, assisting and advising guests on the range of options.
  • Maintaining knowledge on all apartment locations and inventory for all units.
  • Providing feedback from guests for follow up.
  • Collaborating with the maintenance, housekeeping and operations departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory, set-up new units for short term rental, housekeeping checks
