- Answering any questions guests might have about the reservation process.
- Reporting all incoming bookings and reservations on Booking.com & Airbnb platforms.
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations and providing support to guests who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Up-selling; when appropriate, by informing guests of additional services or special packages such as airport pick-up, additional cleaning services, storage services e.t.c
- Sending confirmation and check-in details, and following up on payments with guests.
- Checking the availability of accommodation, assisting and advising guests on the range of options.
- Maintaining knowledge on all apartment locations and inventory for all units.
- Providing feedback from guests for follow up.
- Collaborating with the maintenance, housekeeping and operations departments to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Inventory, set-up new units for short term rental, housekeeping checks
