Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an exceptional customer experience daily.
Requirements
The Customer Service Agent is the initial point of contact for LifeBank customers. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, onboarding and managing vendors and delivering suitable solutions within the designated time frames.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls, messages and web chat enquiries from existing and prospective customers
- Process, place and schedule dispatch of orders accurately
- Stockbank and oxygen invoice reconciliations
- Vendor management
- Order payment reconciliations and follow-ups
- Provide customers with accurate product and service information
- Escalate complex issues for proper resolution
- Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc / H.ND
- 1-2+ years in a customer service or similar role.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Docs and Microsoft Office applications
