  • Job Description: Based at the Naivasha branch and reporting to the Hospital Manager with matrix reporting to the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communication, this position is responsible for growing the business unit through developing and executing marketing and business development strategies, plans and activities. This position will also support stakeholder management as required.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or related field with at least 3 years working experience in aggressive sales and marketing. Experience in a busy hospital environment or service industry will be an added advantage. This position requires a demonstrated understanding of healthcare and insurance business, strong marketing and sales skills, excellent communication and relationship building skills.
