Position Overview: Kilimani Children’s Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Officer to join our team. As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every child and parent who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared for. Your warmth, empathy, and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in creating a positive and supportive environment for our young patients and their families.

Customer Care Officer Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and their parents with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for patients.
• Listen to and address the concerns and questions of parents with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide a seamless patient experience.

Customer Care Officer Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and a genuine passion for working with children and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is a plus.
