Minimum Qualifications
- Certificate in Secretarial Studies and either: Customer Care, Office Management, Front Office, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution
- One year experience in a similar position preferably in an Institution of higher learning.
- Good Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and Time Management Skills.
Duties and responsibilities.
- Maintaining good public relations in the Institution’s offices;
- Directing visitors and answering enquiries;
- Assisting with sitting arrangements during functions;
- Direct and guide visitors;
- Receiving and directing calls;
- Copy typing duties;
