Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembling food supplies and equipment for daily preparation.
- Preparing raw food for cooking.
- Cleaning equipment used in production.
- Maintaining hygiene by ensuring cleaning of the kitchen and its surroundings.
- Setting up and preparing equipment for use in food preparation and production, and reporting on any defective equipment.
- Any other duty that might be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements for Appointment:
- Be a Kenyan citizen (attach ID).
- Kenya Certificate for Secondary Education mean grade D (Plain) or its equivalent qualification.
- Craft Certificate in Food and Beverage Production, Sales and Service or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- A medical report from a Government Health facility.
Method of Application
All applications (hand delivered or through the post office) should be received on or before 2nd May 2024, at 5.00 pm.
