Company Nurse at Sian Roses

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Providing appropriate healthcare services to employees.
2. Conducting ongoing preventive health education and counseling for staff.
3. Administering first aid and referring patients to the designated Company Doctor or Hospital.
4. Maintaining comprehensive employee health records.
5. Ensuring that relevant medical examinations and tests for staff are conducted and documented correctly.
6. Coordinating Company Health & Safety and First Aid programs, including identifying potential health risks and advising the company accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma in Nursing or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. Registration Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
3. Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
4. A minimum of 3 years of continuous experience in a similar role (Experience in the flower industry is a plus).
5. Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
