POSITION: HOUSEKEEPER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing guest rooms and baths under the supervision of housekeeping supervisors.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guests’ satisfaction score.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of hotel-related experience.
- Ability to follow instructions, detail-oriented.
- A professional attitude is required and ability to work independently.
