Outbound Calls:

  • Engage potential customers in compelling conversations, tailoring the approach to individual needs.
  • Use effective questioning techniques to uncover customer pain points and identify product fit.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that clearly articulate product benefits and address customer concerns.
  • Confidently overcome objections and secure appointments for in-person or virtual consultations.

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize a multi-channel approach to generate high-quality leads, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and targeted content marketing.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring a focus on potential customers with genuine interest.
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead management system to track progress and optimize follow-up efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build rapport with potential customers, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, tailoring the conversation accordingly.
  • Offer personalized solutions and recommendations that align with customer objectives.
  • Nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, providing timely follow-up and relevant information.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Meticulously track sales activities, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and deals closed.
  • Prepare accurate and insightful sales reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop action plans to address performance gaps and optimize sales outcomes.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in ongoing product training and knowledge sharing sessions to maintain expertise.


  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Diploma in marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a persuasive and persistent approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare industry regulations is an added advantage.
