Role Summary:
- The Call Center Agent is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and furthering customer satisfaction ratings for Mwananchi Credit Limited.
 
Qualifications:
- The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications or a related field.
 - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a call center or customer service and sales environment Computer literacy and proficiency
 - Previous experience in call center setup
 
Desired Skills:
- Customer service – Maintain effective customer relations in a timely, efficient and prompt manner Team player – Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment:
 - Flexibility – Manage large amount of inbound and especially outbound calls promptly and can work night shifts when needed.
 - Organization – Keep a record of customer interactions, recording customers’ comments and complaints.
 - Marketing – Prospecting through effective telephone marketing, close business and follow-ups.
