A DAY IN THE LIFE
You Will Be Responsible For
- Creating Brand Activation Strategies and maintaining a Brand activation Calendar in line with the overall Brand Strategy.
- Executing new launches activations and push growth of pillar products using their own product, market, and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships to engage with consumers and drive brand awareness.
- Collecting and analyzing consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations – Maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
- Executing and monitoring marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
- Adapting communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale).
- Mobilizing and working with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to execute broader business strategy.
- Identifying and creating opportunities for brand engagement.
- Managing activation budget and ensure ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strategic & Entrepreneurial mindset: strong analytical skills, & tenacity to think creatively to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset & solution-oriented, focused on achieving excellent results through cross-functional co-operation & resolve issues in a win-win manner.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills to work with departments and internal & external personnel across teams and business lines.
- Self-starter with high level of organization & attention to detail.
