Our Client, a leading Tours & Travel Company seeks to recruit a Billing Clerk who will be responsible for processing invoices, and ensuring timely preparation of billing statements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and prepare billing statements
  • Verify accuracy of billing information and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed
  • Enter all relevant data into accounting software when billing
  • Check the validity of debit accounts
  • Utilize electronic, standard and certified mail services to deliver invoices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a billing field
  • Advanced Accounting degree (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Effective multi-tasking skills, with ability to co-ordinate, priorities and organize workload and meet deadlines.
