Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality handbags using suede, leather, fabric, and other materials.
• Perform detailed work, including lacing, braiding, carving, and hand stitching.
• Cut and stitch leather using both machines and hand tools.
• Ensure all products meet the company’s high standards for quality and detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop new techniques and finishes.
• Participate in a trial day to demonstrate machine and hand techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leather work, particularly in handbag making.
• Skilled in both machine stitching and hand techniques such as braiding, tooling, and hand sewing.
• Ability to work with a variety of materials, including suede, leather, and fabric.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Willingness to undergo a trial day to showcase skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
