- This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Safisha-Sundries Bargain Ltd. Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
