Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Financial Reports Review: Conduct thorough reviews of financial reports to ensure accuracy of receipts, compliance to the financial policy and timely submission of financial reports.
  • System Tracker Maintenance: Keep the system tracker up-to-date and ensure all project information is current for smooth and accurate payment system.
  • Communication with Consultants : Facilitate clear and professional communication with consultants to support project implementation and successful operations.
  • Mandatory training Compliance: Support consultants with compliance trainings
  • People management: Supporting the management of the consultant from end-to end.

Minimum required experience and Education:

Education Level Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business administration or finance or Diploma Business administration or finance

Req Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication skill
  • Can easily read and understand a financial document
  • Ability to perform basic excel functions such as formatting, sorting, filtering, and data entry
  • English – Fluent
  • French Nice to have
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
